Upgrades into the [[hammer handrills]] when combined with five [[iron nail]]s and one ingot of [[iron ore]].

Although the handrills look very different from other claws in the game, they will not cause the user to change their attacking animation in any way, resulting in the user still "slashing" with their newfound drill-like appendages, despite the logical inclination to use jabbing motions instead.
