The '''Ice Cave''' is the second [[bonus dungeon]] of {{DQ3}}, but is exclusive to the {{Game Boy Color}} Version.

It is accessible through a portal that will appear in [[Rimland]] after making a wish to [[Xenlon]] (in the spot where [[Ramia]]'s egg was).  [[Gran Dragon]] awaits the {{Hero 3}} at the end of the cave.

There are several doors that remained closed until a certain number of [[Monster Medal]]s are collected (155 Bronze Medals and 164 Silver Medals respectively).

The music used for the dungeon is the same one used for the dungeons of {{Dragon Quest}}.

Unlike the {{Cloudsgate Citadel 3}}, the Ice Cave is completely original in design.
