'''Kikuko Inoue''' (井上 喜久子, ''Inoue Kikuko'', born September 25, 1964) is a Japanese voice actress. She has voiced several characters in the ''Dragon Quest'' series over the years, beginning with [[Nera Briscoletti]] in the ''[[Dragon Quest V CD Theater]]'', eventually returning in 2015 to voice Queen Cletia in {{Dragon Quest Heroes II}} and the {{Luminary}}'s mother [[Queen Eleanor]] in the S version of {{Dragon Quest XI}}.

Inoue is well-known for playing "perfect girlfriend" or motherly roles in anime, but she has also played more sultry or seductive characters, as well. She is best friends with fellow voice actress, [[Atsuko Tanaka]]. In 2009, she founded her own voice acting management firm named Office Anemone.
