The Liquid Metal Mind is first available during Post-Game in [[Amor's Northern Cave]].  It can be obtained by searching the spot that [[Terry]] was standing on during the first ending.

More can occasionally be obtained through battling [[Nokturnus]], who naturally drops the scroll at a rate of 1/16. This can be raised to 1/8th by having a [[Thief]] in the party.
