Mighty Storm can be learned by the Female Sage at level 82 and costs 127 MP to use. It inflicts major [[Woosh]]-type spell damage and then major [[Zam]]-type spell damage to all enemies in a 3x3 square in front of her. Upgrading the spell increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.
