==Characteristics==
Overtoads are immense [[Nature family|toad]] monarchs with warty red skin, purple feet and cheeks, and long green tongues. They can put opponents to sleep with their magic. When overtoads returned in ''Dragon Quest XI'' after a long absence, they also gained the ability to land desperate attacks, breathe out flame breath, and perform song that can lower the defence of their enemies.
