The '''party dress''' is a recurring piece of clothing in the {{DQSeries}} that first appeared in the {{SFC}} remake of {{DQ3}}.

It is a fancy red dress that can only be worn by female characters and provides a surprising amount of protection.

The party dress was added in the 1996 remake. It has a {{Defence}} bonus of +40 and can only be worn by [[Thief|thieves]] and [[Gadabout]]s.  One can be found in [[Edina]], and another in [[Cantlin]], and can be sold for 8,850 [[gold]] coins.

It can only be equipped by {{Maribel}} and [[Aishe]] and can be purchased from the Premium Bazaar final evolution of the Immigrant Town for 11,800 [[gold]] coins and sold for 5,900 [[gold]] coins.  One can be found in [[Hubble]] in the present and they can be dropped by [[hellstalker]]s. They can be won as prizes from the Lucky Panel at the [[Casino]].
