The main way to unlock the skill is by obtaining Purple Lightning Blitz Scrolls from the Shop Exchange, which cost 1 Tiny Thunder Paper Scrap and 1 Tiny Sword Paper Scrap each.

Additionally, on March 14, 2023, the development team gave all players a gift of 230 Purple Lightning Blitz Scrolls as part of a Support Campaign to take on difficult quests.
