The outposts are two little shrines separated by a mountain and deep river, and connected by an underwater tunnel. The passage leads to [[Portoga]], but is locked with a [[Magic Key]] door, and the lower section leads to the [[Teleportal Shrine]] and is locked by the [[Ultimate Key]].
