The saw blade has an attack bonus of +54, but reduces style by 2. It can be equipped by the [[Hero (Dragon Quest VII)|Hero]], [[Kiefer]], and [[Aishe]]. It can be purchased for 8,800 gold at [[Nottagen]] and [[Wetlock]] in the present and sold for 4,400 gold. Saw blades can also be won as prizes from the Lucky Panel at the [[Casino]] near [[Pilgrim's Rest]] inn, making them one of the most powerful weapons the party can acquire as early as the events at [[Alltrades Abbey (Dragon Quest VII)|Alltrades Abbey]].
