It has an equipment level of 7 and can be equipped by [[Priest|Priests]], [[Mage|Mages]], [[Sage|Sages]], [[Luminary (vocation)|Luminaries]], [[Fortune Teller|Fortune Tellers]], [[Druid|Druids]], [[Death Master|Death Masters]], and [[Dragomancer|Dragomancers]].

The entire set consists of the top and bottom, the silk hat, and silk sandals. It can be made by a tailor. If all four pieces are equipped, the wearer gains a Magical Might bonus of +2 and an extra +5 bonus to Style.
