This staff deals wind-elemental damage to a single group of enemies when used as a tool in battle. In ''Dragon Quest XI'', it is classified as a [[Heavy Wand (weapon type)|heavy wand]].
*The staff's original design is made from silver wood with gold and is topped with a design of a white winged figure holding a golden lightning bolt, with clouds and a corona behind it.
*An alternate design was introduced in ''Dragon Quest VIII''. It has a blue handle with gold near the base and top of the staff, featuring the design of a bearded angel holding a blue crystal orb at the top.
