Strong medicine restores 50~68 HP to a single party member and is consumed upon use. In addition to being made in the [[Alchemy Pot]], it can be purchased randomly from the girl selling herbs at [[Port Prospect]] for 10 gold. It can also be dropped by various monsters, including [[Gargoyle|Gargoyles]]s, [[Hades' Condor|Hades' condors]], [[Stone golem|Stone golems]], [[Treeface|Treefaces]], and [[Treevil|Treevils]].

In the original Sony PlayStation 2 version, strong medicine can be sold for 88 gold each for the first 29 sold, 264 gold each for the 30th to 49th sold, then back to 88 gold for the 50th onward. Since the Alchemy Pot works instantly in the Nintendo 3DS version, strong medicine can only be sold for 48 gold each for the first 29 sold, 32 gold each for the 30th to 49th sold, then only 16 gold each from the 50th onward.

Strong medicine can be mixed to make even more restorative items in the Alchemy Pot, as well.
