It is found by searching in a sparkling part in the ocean, north in between [[Rippleport]] and [[Alefgard]] (North of where [[Galenholm]] was in {{I}}).

A man in Rippleport rewards [[Luminaries]] with the [[Echo Flute]] upon being given this treasure.

Additionally, in the [[Cell phone]] version, it is necessary to talk to a [[Merchant]] {{NPC}} in order for the Sunken Treasure to obtainable.
