Tension Boost is the deathmove of the [[Call Team|monster team]] know as ''The Psyche Wards'', consisting of [[Big Al]], [[Hazel (Recruit)|Hazel]], [[Jewelbag (Recruit)|Jewelbag]], and [[Trick Bag (Recruit)|Trick Bag]]. It boosts the tension of the team itself and the human party members by two stages, with the humans' triggering once they reenter the battle.

[[Siren]]s can also use it as enemies, which may make them reach a state of super-high tension (100).

Tension Boost has a 50% chance to raise the character's tension to 50 or 100, and if any tension was previously accumulated then the character will always enter a state of super high tension.

Tension Boost sends the user into an inexhaustible state of super high tension for 30 seconds.
*In the offline version Tension Boost has been altered to require the user to already be at 50 tension before it can be used and guarantees the character will reach 100 tension.
