'''Venom Breath''' is a recurring [[breath attack]] in the {{DQSeries}}, first introduced in the ''Monsters'' spinoffs that can [[Poison and Envenomation|severely poison]] all enemies. It closely resembles the [[Venom Mist]] skill from the main series, however, it is different ability with somewhat different effects. Since it is a breath skill, it is susceptible to skills such as [[Backdraft|TailWind]], while Venom Mist is not affected.

First appearing in this game, PoisonAir is an upgraded version of [[Poison Breath|PoisonGas]] and costs 4 {{MP}} to use. PoisonGas will grow into PoisonAir when a monster reaches Level 14 with at least 98 {{HP}} and 84 Intelligence.

PoisonAir now requires 154 intelligence to upgrade from [[Poison Breath|PoisonGas]].

It costs 23 {{MP}} to use and has a chance to envenomate any enemies in a range of three squares in front of the user.
