Whinny is an enemy-only skill that is used by [[Tantamount]]s. It inflicts around 90 damage to any characters surrounding it and can stun them.

Whinny appears once again as an enemy-only skill that can be used by horse-themed monsters such as [[Godsteed]]s and all variants of the [[Headless horseman|Headless horsemen]]. It inflicts non-elemental damage to the entire party and has a chance to stun them for one turn. When it is used, the in-game text states that the user "lets out a blood-curdling whinny!"
