The White shield has a {{Defence}} bonus of +16, {{Style}} by +15, and reduces damage taken from fire breath by 10. It can be equipped by the {{Hero 7}}, [[Maribel]], [[Sir Mervyn]], and [[Aishe]]. It can be purchased in {{Alltrades Abbey 7}}, [[La Bravoure]], and [[Gröndal]] for 2,000 gold, and sold for 1,000 gold. White shield can be won as a prize from the Lucky Panel at the [[Casino]].
* In the Nintendo 3DS version, the white shield no longer protects against fire breath damage.

The White shield has a {{Defence}} bonus of +22 and reduces fire damage by 10. The item's description erroneously states that it reduces ice damage, as well. It can be equipped by [[Jessica]] and [[Angelo]], as well as [[Red]] in the Nintendo 3DS version. It can only be made in the [[Alchemy Pot]] and can be mixed to create a [[Saintess shield]]. The white shield can be sold for 1,800 gold for the first five sold, 1,260 gold each for the sixth through tenth, then only 540 gold each from the eleventh onward.
