The Statue of Yangus is a mini-boss that appears in Dragon Quest VIII. It is one of the many traps hidden in the magical maze at the center of the Black Citadel, and will attack the party alongside sinister sculptures of the other heroes.

Characteristics[edit | edit source]

The statue is a terrible tavertine testament to Yangus' strength, and will pummel the party with tension'd blows. Like it's likeness, it is resistant to fire.
