The Biting batboon is a monster that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest VII.

Beastly, frosty flying freakish fiends that fire off freezing ice magic to fling at adventurers. As well as the basic ice magic of Crack they can also freeze a whole party with the crunching Crackle spell.
