The sage's elixir is an intermediate healing item in the Dragon Quest series. It restores around 90 MP to a single party member. There are various ways to obtaining phials, such as finding them in treasure chests, receiving them in exchange for three Mini medals each, winning one randomly as a prize by playing Tombola, or received as a reward for completing certain quests.
