The Spawny devil is a version of Little devil. It first appeared in Dragon Quest XI.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
Spawny devils are a version of Little Devils which look like stereotypical diminutive demon, though their purple and green have been coloured green and grey respectively, along with grey swirls on their belly and forehead, in between their antennae. It is the exact same design as Side Winder, a boss in Dragon Quest VII. They return as a regular enemy in Dragon Quest XI. They use their oddly shaped antennae to fire furious beams that deal deadly damage to adventurers. They can also cast Fullheal to bring allies back up to full health. They may also cast Kafuddle to stop adventurers from casting spells themselves and Kaswoosh to deal a lot of damage.
