They can be bought for 2,000 gold in [[Sorceria]], [[Scrimsley]], Mt Snowhere, and [[Turnscote]]. They can also be sold for 1,500 gold. [[Flython|flythons]], [[Diethon (DQVI)|diethons]], and [[Eveel|eveels]] drop them 1/128 of the time, while [[Drackal|drackals]] and [[Helldorado|helldorados]] drop them 1/64 of the time.
