The Thuggler is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past.

Thugglers are fantastic and fiendishly skilled at slight of hand, juggling the eye balls of their fallen enemies in a particularly majestic macabre way.
