Moonahan is also home to the Water Sigil. It is hidden behind a Golden Key door and a Jailer's Key door. The heroes must then fight two grimlins and search the empty cell to find it. The location of this crest is hinted by a man in Beran.

Moonahan is accessible through the Altar of the Legendary Line in Tickington's Echo Chamber. The Luminary and co. are transported to a time just before the breaking of the Princess of Moonbrooke's curse. The townsfolk have been turned into dogs when the Princess attempted to break her own curse and turn human; she requests a vial of magic water to turn the town back to normal. Once she is given some, she apologises to the Party 11, figuring it must have been awfully hard to find some, and when she hears that it was extremely easy for them to obtain magic water in their own world she is baffled. She then returns the state of the town, leaving herself cursed as a dog while freeing the rest of the townsfolk. She then remains there, awaiting the arrival of her cousins.

Moonahan is, as expected, a hamlet north of Moonbrooke, although only the chuch remains intact (mostly, at least) with ruins of buildings around it. There is a Chest in the church basement with 10 zapphires, and on the wall is the unique Portrait of a Princess decorative item.

A mortally wounded soldier from Moonahan barely makes it to Moonbrooke to request aid in defending the town. Malroth rushes off alone to avenge him, and three soldiers pursue him. By the time the Builder, Anessa, and Warwick catch up to Malroth, the town and the other soldiers have been utterly destroyed by MFamiliess. The four of them barely survive the battle, and Anessa is mad at Malroth for leading the soldiers to their death. The voices in his head cloud his judgement and influence his behaviour, to which Malroth begins to act very callous and argues with Anessa. Warwick is distressed at the deaths of his friends (as he has a horrible case of thanatophobia), and he cries to the Goddesses in search of a reason why this all could have happened; to which, Anessa tells him that there is no use praying as they will never come back. Warwick muses to himself about death before noises come from inside the church, to which he snaps out of it and the four of them find the nun Esther hidden away in a coffin next to the altar. She tells them that Malroth had ordered her to hide in there as the monsters attacked to keep them safe. When she sees the state of Moonahan, she is shocked, and she is even more distraught when she sees the dead bodies of the other three soldiers on the ground. At Esther's request, the Builder buries the soldiers in the nearby graveyard. After rescuing Esther and completing her requests, the location has no further story relevance or inhabitants.end
