The aurora blade has an attack bonus of +70 (+65 in the NES version), can purchased in [[Burrowell]] for 16,000 gold, and sold for 12,000 gold. Originally, it could only be equipped by the [[Prince of Midenhall]], but the [[Prince of Cannock]] can equip it as well in all remake versions of the game. It is the strongest non-cursed weapon the Prince of Cannock can equip in the game. When used as a tool in battle, it will cast [[Dazzle]] on enemies (all enemies in the NES version, only one group in all remakes).
