The Batboon is an enemy exclusive to Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
Batboons are muscular, animalistic anthropomorphic yellow-furred beasts, half baboons and half bat, with massive purple bat wings and pointy poking ears. They wear a copper skull necklace around their necks and it's said that the every skull link on it is a victim they've claimed with their massive fists. They leap at foes using their beastly wings before smashing down with their fists, sometimes striking over and over to deal extra deadly damage.
