Together with the [[red horn]], the terrible twosome have invaded the secret hidden away at the bottom of the [[Dragon Graveyard]]. Later, they seem to be recurring {{MFamilies}}s, first seen after [[Rhapthorne|their master]] absorbs his [[Black Citadel|Citadel]].

The blue fang is a ferocious ogre with sky-blue skin, enormous muscles, and protruding molars, canines, and incisors. It's small lion tail matches it's broom-handle haircut. It protects its lower torso with a stretched out [[silver cuirass]].

The blue fang is a beastly boss found in Dragon Quest VIII.
