First appearing in Dragon Quest VI, Megamorphosis is a transformative skill that changes the user into an A.I. controlled beast.
Appearances[edit | edit source]
Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation[edit | edit source]
Megamorphosis is exclusive to Amos. When transformed, he will alternate between using Stomp, Thin Air, a ferocious bite (125% damage), normal attacks, and Body Slam. Furthermore, Amos' base evasion will increase to 1/16th.
In the SFC version of the game, the Mud mannequin will learn Megamorphosis at level 25.
Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past[edit | edit source]
Any character can learn Megamorphosis upon reaching rank 7 of the Platinum king jewel. Characters will gain a weak (30%) resistance to all elements, superseding the resistances of monster vocations.
