The Cauldrone is a monster that appears in Dragon Quest VI.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
Caludrones are crazed octo-warriors that float above the ocean waves and attack boats when the opportunity arises. These weird warriors sit in buoyant barnacle covered shells and send a barrage of arrows at shocked sailors. They have a pink body, a black harden hat-like shell and deft tentacles to grip their bows, allowing them to let an extra strong arrow fly when pulled back. Although brave in battle, they will sometimes cut their loses and flee back out to the high seas.
