The hounds ensnare unfortunate adventurers by hurling their collars to trap them, then finish them off with a well-aimed strike from their spikes. They wear iron and leather armor over blue trousers and don spiky blue skullcaps on their heads. Their Japanese name, wonder fool, is a play on the word "wonderful" and the word "wanwan" (わんわん), the onomatopoetic term for a dog's bark. | |||
