The Cumulus hex is a monster in the series.

Characteristics[edit | edit source]

Like its other cloudy brethren, the cumulus hex has the appearance of an elderly wizard whose body and clothing are composed of ivory-white clouds. It has solid red eyes, pointed ears, and a full majestic beard that reaches down to its feet. It has two strands of top of its head that look like horns, while the back blends in to the rest of its body, giving it the appearance of having long hair or a cape over a set of billowing robes. Its hands have three digits each and it rides on top of a red cloud. These mighty cloud spirits can only be found in the depths of grottoes and they are fearsome opponents who can breathe out ice-cold blizzards at their enemies and defend themselves against attacks with protective mist.
