It costs 2 MP and has a 5/8ths chance to pass the damage to an enemy, a 1/4th chance to direct the blow to an ally, and a 1/8th chance to fail outright with the user taking damage. Cop Out will activate quicker than Whipping Boy, Forbearance, Mercurial Thrust, and Backdraft, but has lower priority than Kaclang and Defending Champion.
Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation[edit | edit source]
Cop Out has a 3/5 chance to reflect an attack back to a random enemy, 1/5 chance to redirect the blow to an ally, and a 1/5 chance of failure. Once used it lasts for the entirety of the turn.
