One is found in a treasure chest on 4F of the Dark Godbird's Eyrie and it has a 1⁄128 chance of being dropped by Hellstalker. It can be made in the Alchemy Pot and can also be used to create a Scourge whip by purifying it with an urn of Saint's ashes. The whip can be sold for 3,500 gold.
