The Devil's tail is an accessory that can be equipped by all characters and is cursed, doubling the wearer's susceptibility to enemy spells, including Snooze, Dazzle, Fizzle, and Thwack. One can be found in a treasure chest at the Hall of Hargon. It can be sold for 1,125 gold. The devil's tail has a 132 chance of being dropped by Hawk man and a 116 chance of being dropped by Grimlin.
