The Dingbat is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, introduced in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past.

Dingbats are monstrous muscular, angry anthropomorphic bipedal red bird demons with a large pair of bat-like wings on its beastly back and long, curved horns on its head.
