It can be made in the Alchemy Pot, being one of the first items the player can make as soon as it is acquired in Peregrin Quay. The hat can be sold for 200 gold each for the first five sold, 140 gold each for the sixth through tenth, then only 60 gold each from the eleventh sold onward.
