==Characteristics==

Fowleye's design is a variant of [[Hootingham-Gore]]. Fowleye has reddish pink and violet feathers, a red beak, yellow eyes with red pupils, and a face that is split between two shades of grey (one lighter and one darker). He also wields a staff made of dark wood with silver metallic decorations mounted with a red orb and yellow feathers. His robe is black with white trims and teal designs.

In {{Dragon Quest IX}}, thanks to him, is revealed that he is one of the ten {{MFamilies}}s that were created by '''[[Zenus]] remains''' (due to [[Corvus]]' attack) and also that himself used to be His eyes.
