'''Enraged''' is a monster exclusive condition introduced in {{DQ9}}. When a monster in enraged, they will target character who spurred them for a varying amount of turns (though spells and skills that target multiple people will still work as intended). Though the monster will be more dangerous by dealing higher damage while in a state of wrath, observant players can take advantage of the system by triggering the state on the most durable character, buffing them up as appropriate, and whittling down the enemy while it is too distracted to properly defend itself.
