Heavenly Lightning is a breath attack that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Ramia's signature abilities, breathing out a sphere filled with lightning that shocks the target with divine voltage.

Dragon Quest Tact[edit | edit source]
Heavenly Lightning can be learned by Ramia at level 36 and costs 78 MP to use. It has a range of one to three squares away from her and inflicts major Zap-type breath damage to a single enemy. Upgrading the skill increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
