Infanticores have orange pelts, purple or magenta-coloured manes and tails, and have solid evil-looking red eyes. The bat-like wings on their back have dark blue membranes. The [[Beast family|felines]] can perform deadly biting attacks with their sharp fangs and are intelligent enough to cast spells. Infanticores would not make a reappearance for several decades until the releases of ''[[Dragon Quest Monsters 2: Iru and Luca's Marvelous Mysterious Key]]'' and ''Dragon Quest XI''.
