Reeve is a tutorial town, with nearly all of the citizens giving gameplay tips in the form of casual dialogue; a swordsman assures the player that interesting areas with have something in them more often than not, a man struggling to push a boulder that the {{Hero 3}} can shove easily tips players off that objects can be interacted with, etc. A young child asks the player to kill many {{MFamilies}}s to avenge his late parents, reminding the player that there is danger in the world for the common folk.

Players will also notice locked doors in the town, requiring the [[~~Thief~~'s ~~Key~~]]. The one-of-~~akind~~[[~~Wrecking~~ ball]] is gained from the old inventor, which is needed to proceed further in the [[Path of Promise]].
