Samson Knight is a contestant in the Tournament of Endor in Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen.
Though stronger than Alena's preceding foes, he shouldn't be much of a problem if the Tsarevna is well stocked on Medicinal herbs.

Trivia
Contrary to what his sprite may imply, Samson Knight is not an animated suit of armour like the Restless armour and its pallet swaps, being a normal human who was bright enough to bring a Sword, Shield and plate mail to a fist fight.
