Shinnock (also known as Foxville) is, or rather, appears to be a small town between Lakanaba and Ballymoral in Dragon Quest IV. It is, in fact, an illusion created by foxes to entice travelers to stay there indefinitely.
Appearances
Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen
An architect, Archie O'Tect, is tricked by a fox disguised as a beautiful woman into staying in the town. He is needed to repair the bridge connecting Ballymoral to Endor, and Torneko brings a dog to dispel the illusion and free him.
