Tempest of Thunder can be learned by Bianca through Talent Blossoming and costs 93 MP to use. It deals 60% potency Zap-type physical damage to all enemies in a large fan-shaped in front of her 4 times. Upgrading the abilities increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
