This boss is weak in attack power and does not own a critical attack, he is strong in AoE's and can easily top the 100's on your team. Multi-heal is the best thing you could own here, forbearance is not smart considering he does AoE a lot. Use '''''Gale Force''''', he is weak to lighting attacks. Parallax will hit him hard as that is lighting based.
