A Mummy is an enemy introduced in Dragon Quest II: Luminaries of the Legendary Line.
The typical Mummy and a Mummy boy look very similar, although the standard Mummy has a blue hue in it's mouth. Beginning with the Super Famicom remake of the third game, Mummies have been colored shades of purple to better distinguish the two.
