The Arrghgoyle is a dangerous and devilish fiend found deep in dark caverns, animated from a demonic stone statue. Their blue-hued scaled skin and bulky arched wings make them a scary sight in low light. Tall and intimidating, armed with sharp talons and sizzling fire spells that may spell disaster for unprepared parties.
Arrghgoyles are the animated statues of winged beasts carved from blue stone, with solid red eyes and a mossy green midsection. Their stony bodies make them highly resistant to attack spells and they can protect themselves further by casting Kaclang.

Capable of casting Kaclang, they turn themselves to solid steel, making them near impervious to damage and appearing even more like the gargoyle statues they take their name from. Although the Arrghgoyle has only appeared in a single main entry, they have made regular appearance in spinoff games.
