She is one of the three characters from ''V'' featured, alongside [[Nera Briscoletti]] and [[Hero (Dragon Quest V)|the Hero]].

She was featured in several cards, player icons, and card sleeves in both her child and adult forms. Bianca first appeared as a legendary rare card in the second card pack, "Roar of Unleashed Power" and was eventually reprinted in the 8th card pack under the name "Bianca, the Heavenly Bride". Most notably, Bianca won the second card popularity vote with players and received a special illustration depicting her in her wedding dress.

Bianca appears as a S-rank character of the [[Hero family]] as part of the limited ''Dragon Quest V'' event, appearing on her own banner alongside [[Snowbird]]. The player can choose to have her join as a companion in the Circle of Water event quest. She also appears as a boss in the special Zenithian Brides boss battle with Nera and Debora. Bianca could also be scouted by the player by redeeming their Dark Lord/Hero Meeting Ticket S.
