In the Dragon Quest games, many enemies (especially dragons and demons) have breath weapons. These weapons possess their own attribute in most games (Flame and Ice), and typically target all party members and enemies on screen. The Reverse Cycle and Backdraft abilities can reflect breath attacks back at their source.
These skills are not limited solely to the aformentioned monster families, however; Munchie's various cheeses produce duplicate effects.
